THE MINT CARES Financial Assistance Program has partnered with the City of DeSoto, the City of Dallas, and The United Way Metropolitan Dallas to provide rental and utility assistance for households with unexpected financial emergencies.

Qualified applicants must meet certain geographic and income criteria to be authorized for funding. This is a pre assessment only. This is not the entire application and completing this application does not guarantee funding.
